Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth operation and provide first-class services to guests
• Manage operation cost to ensure a profitable food and beverage operation
• Develop budget for restaurant outlet and achieve revenue targets
• Update and ensure all standard operating procedures are in place and followed
• Co-ordinate with General Manager, Sichuan Consultant and Executive Chef in menu planning and pricing policies to produce quality food varieties with satisfied profit margin 
• Plan external and internal marketing and promotional activities to drive revenues 
• Plan, recruit and hire the right candidates for food and beverage production, servicing and sales
• Lead training and proper administration for the whole team to meet the performance standard
• Ensure the compliance of health and safety regulations

Job Requirements: 

• At least 5-8 years’ working experience in managing a Chinese restaurant operation, of which 3 years are at managerial level
• Knowledge of Sichuan food, wine and bar is a must
• Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills with customers, team members and suppliers
• Good planning, marketing and promotional skills with ability of strategic analysis to maximize profitability
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
