Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practice
• Responsible for the organization’s processes to remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Manage cleaning contracts, including quality control and frontline staff training
• Keep up and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager, especially for managing labor-intensive and service-oriented contracts (Health Care business is preferred)
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
