Responsibilities:

• Prepare project tendering documentation, costing and quotation
• Site visit, coordinate with clients and sub-contractors

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree Holder in Quantity Surveying or Construction, preferably with MRICS or HKIS professional qualification
• min. 3-5 years related experience in tendering of site work
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC operations (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Frequently outdoor working is required
• Hold a valid driver's license would be a definite advantage
