Job Duties:
1、Answer customer calls, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to network hardware and investigating the root cause of issues.
2、Perform system maintenance, including installing updates, upgrades, and patches, and resolving hardware, software, and network performance issues.
3、Provide 1st tier technical support for network-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
4、Collaborate with customers and internal teams to work with corresponding partners for troubleshooting network problems.
5、Document updates on network inventory, changes, and procedures to maintain accurate records.

Skills / Knowledge:
1、Higher diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 2 years of experience as a network engineer, preferably in a medium to large-scale network environment.
3、Preferred certifications for CCNA/HCIA or equivalent. (Optional)
4、Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
5、Familiarity with network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
6、Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
7、Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
8、Experience with network monitoring and management tools is a plus.
9、Knowledge of network security practices and technologies is desirable.
10、Willingness to participate in non-office hour standby support rotation.
11、Minimum of 2 years of experience as a network engineer, preferably in a medium to large-scale network environment.
