Job Description
Job Duty:
- According to the company's employment needs, implement personnel recruitment plans, publish recruitment information, collect and screen resumes, and make full use of internal resources and various recruitment channels to meet the company's talent needs;
- Continue to optimize the company's talent pool, and do a good job in the reserve and selection of talents;
- Regularly analyze the recruitment effect, compile analysis reports, optimize the recruitment process, and continuously improve the recruitment system;
- Develop recruitment channels, regularly output channel performance reports, and continuously optimize and expand recruitment channels.
- Combined with the needs of business development, assist the superior to build a training system and formulate a training plan.
- Organization and operation of training: training planning, implementation and effect evaluation, follow-up, etc.
- Responsible for the teaching ability of primary basic courses such as newcomer training courses and general ability courses.
- Other work matters are arranged by the superior.
- Higher Diploma/Associate Degree in Human Resource Management, proficiency in Chinese and English.
- Front-line recruitment and training experience, and experience in the logistics industry are preferred. Able to use PPT, WORD, PS, and other software to work proficiently.
- Possess good communication and expression skills, organization and coordination skills, and excellent driving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, strong event planning skills
- 根據公司用人需求,執行人員招聘計劃,發布招聘信息、收集篩選簡歷,充分利用內部資源和各種招聘途徑滿足公司的人才需求;
- 持續優化公司人才庫,做好人才的儲備和選拔;
- 定期做好招聘效果分析,編制分析報告,優化招聘流程,不斷改進招聘體系;
- 開拓招聘渠道,定期輸出渠道效能報告,不斷優化拓寬招聘渠道;
- 結合業務發展需要,協助上級搭建培訓體系,並製定培訓方案。培訓的組織與運營工作:培訓策劃、實施與效果評估、後續跟進等;
- 負責初級基礎課程的授課能力比如新人訓課程、通用能力課程;
- 上級安排的其它工作事宜;
- 人力資源管理高級文憑/副學士學位,中文、英語熟練。
- 一線招聘及培訓經驗,有物流行業經驗優先。
- 能夠熟練使用PPT、WORD、PS等軟件進行工作。
- 具有良好的溝通表達能力與組織協調能力,優秀的推動能力。
- 良好的人際關係處理能力,較強的活動策劃能力
