Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot and problem solve Personal Computer (PC) related hardware, Printer and software issues
• Provide installation and problem solving for computer related task such as network, systems, printers, mobile device software and hardware 
• Perform Information Technology (IT) helpdesk function by answering supports calls arrangement
• Provide Active Directory (AD) account management
• Add/Change Random-Access Memory (RAM) to PCs

Job Requirement:

• F.5 or above
• At least 1-2 years' technical and maintenace support experience on computer hardware or/and software
• Experience in provide Active Directory (AD) account management is an advantage
