Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for managing existing clients to offer instant support on recruitment and provide professional HR solution
• Maintain a good working relationship with client
• End-to-end recruitment from sourcing, CV screening and managing candidate expectation, presenting qualified candidates to clients effectively throughout the entire recruitment process
• Achieve target by meeting and exceeding performance targets in order to growth the client’s portfolio 
• Knowledge of the APAC market is a plus
• Proven track record in revenue generation
• Engage in company events, networking, and community initiatives
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in an agency 
• Familiar with HR knowledge and Employment Ordinance will be an advantage
• Creative, willing to learn and become a recruitment expert within your market
