Job Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Collaborate with sales team to understand project requirements, timelines, and client expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate the work of the installation team, ensuring all tasks are completed as per the project plan.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proactively addressing them to keep project on track.
• Communicate regularly with the client to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.

Site Surveys and Assessments:

• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate the installation site and identify any unique requirements or challenges.
• Collaborate with the technical team to determine the appropriate system and components for the project.
• Ensure accurate measurements and documentation of the installation site to support the ordering of materials and equipment.

Project Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and the clients, as required.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of project management processes and best practices.

Job Requirements

Good Cantonese and English

Autocad, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
