Job Description:

• Developing comprehensive project plans for clients and team members.
• Leading the entire software development lifecycle, including analyzing business requirements, specifying functional requirements for new systems, creating project plans and schedules, managing costs and quality, and preparing documentation.
• Effectively communicating project updates and issues to all levels of stakeholders.
• Engaging with project governance regarding performance and change management.
• Mobilizing the project team both in Hong Kong and offshore, overseeing the work and performance of all team members.
• Leading and managing the project-related risk management processes and any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
• Allocating resources efficiently.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile certification is a must.
• At least 12 years of experience in project management within corporate or enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in SDLC project management execution and business analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
• Experience in systems integration is preferred.
• Experience in pre-sales is an advantage.
• A technical background is preferred.
