Job Description
Responsibilities
- Hardware/Software setup (Shop/Office), maintenance and trouble-shooting
- Provide hardware, software (MS), MSSQL Database and network support
- Provide help desk support and solutions to users
- Manage IT asset and server hardware inventory
- Website support (HTML, JavaScript)
- Willing to perform shift duties
- Able to work under pressure, working independently and after-hours Phone support with allowance
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines or above
- Knowledge in Windows OS is a must
- Knowledge in Mac OS will be preferred
- Good knowledge of MSSQL, HTML, JavaScript
- Good communications in both Written and Spoken Cantonese and English
- Immediately available are preferred
