Job Description

• Follow up orders and arrange shipment bookings
• Handle export & import declaration
• Documentation relating to customer orders, such as Invoicing 
• Assist in daily Logistics operations including receiving, storing, labeling, handling shipping, preparing orders for delivery, and customs clearance
• Maintain all asset inventory records for the site and conduct regular reporting
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirement

• DSE or above
• Customer oriented
• Self-motivated, attention to detail, well organized
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse / logistic operations
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Having Accounting knowledge to issue Invoice will be an advantage
• Fair English and Mandarin
