To cope with business expansion, our client is looking for Boutique Manager.

 Job Duties:

• To motivate and lead the frontline staff to achieve sales target
• Monitor the daily sales performance
• Execute action plan to improve performance
• Deliver client relationships method to build customer loyalty.

Requirement:

• At least 5 years’ retail experience with 2 years’ at supervisory level
• Luxury retail background is an advantage.
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
