Job Description

My client is looking for high caliber to join as an Office Clerk.
為客戶聘請辦公室文員。

Responsibilities  職責:

  • Perform general clerical support to the office  負責一般辦公室文書工作。
  • Handle incoming calls  接聽來電。
  • Perform outdoor duties when necessary  必要時外出工作。
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned  其他上司指派工作。

Requirements  要求:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE graduated  中學會考或文憑試畢業。
  • 2 years relevant experience  兩年相關文職工作經驗。
  • Proactive and self-initiated  主動積極。
  • Strong at communication and interpersonal skills  良好溝通及人際關係處理技巧。
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)  良好中英語 (包括國語)。
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications  熟練文書處理軟件。
  • Immediately available is highly preferred  可即時上班優先。
