What you’ll do

• Reporting directly to the Legal Director - Commercial, Dispute Resolution & Employment, you will support Legal Team as the dedicated Paralegal for the Commercial, Disputes (litigation/arbitration) and Employment Practice Areas.
• Assist with reviewing/drafting contracts, correspondence and memos.
• Assist with legal research.
• Assist with database/templates/legal admin management, including contract filings.
• Build relationships with Commercial, Disputes and Employment Legal team members and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll need

• Ideally 2+ years of legal experience as a Paralegal, in a reputable law firm and/or in-house organisation.
• Graduated with a law degree from a major common law jurisdiction (e.g. UK, Hong Kong or Singapore).
• An interest in being trained by reputable lawyers and developing your legal career in the long-term.
• Business-proficient English and Chinese (Mandarin) language skills preferred.
• Organised, attention to detail, analytical personality and common sense judgment preferred.
• Ability to quickly adapt to using MacBook, Google Drive and internal IT platforms for work purposes.
• Ability to thrive and take ownership in a fast-paced international environment and adapt to changes
• HK-based.
