Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct interactive lessons that incorporate storytelling, role-playing, improvisation, and other age-appropriate drama techniques.

• Teach fundamental speech techniques, including articulation, voice projection, and clarity.
• Guide students in exploring various forms of dramatic expression, such as acting, puppetry, and mime.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

Requirements:

To be considered for the position of Speech and Drama Teacher at Blooming Talents, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Speech and Drama, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field.
• Prior experience in teaching speech and drama to preschool-aged children is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated passion for performing arts and a strong understanding of child development principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative and dynamic teaching style with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with integrating technology and digital media into speech and drama lessons is a plus.
