工作範圍：

• 需以部門安全代表身份向部門經理述職，包括進行工作安全分析及處理風險評估，監督同事工作安全
• 任職者需監督同事工作表現及制定安全培訓策略，同時亦需兼任園林工作，包括花床設計、一般保養、淋水、除草、及植物養護等工作

職位要求：

• 具備職業安全健康文憑或以上學歷，或同等資格認證
• 不少於3-5年安全相關經驗
• 不少於1年前線監督及建造業安全督導經驗
• 具備主題公園/園藝/園景行業工作經驗者優先
• 具備園藝、肥料使用及綜合蟲害管理的綜合知識為佳
• 具備領導才能及良好溝通技巧
• 經驗較少者將獲考慮聘用為園林監督 (安全)。
