Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant including budget control, food quality, hygiene, work safety issues and daily administration.
• Formulate, execute and review standard operating procedures for restaurant operations and ensure the execution effectiveness.
• Leading the team to consistently deliver quality food and service to guests.
• Handle guests' comments and complaints and take immediate corrective actions.
• Work closely with the Chef and different internal department and pursue timely and effective communication.
• Manage inventory level, movement and delivery schedule, conduct stocktaking regularly.
• Responsible for manpower matters including staff roster, recruitment, training and performance reviews.

 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of managing experience in Western-style restaurants.
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese (Cantonese is a MUST).
• Hands on experience of MS Office applications.
• Good communication skill with excellent customer service mindset.
• Good leadership, team building and interpersonal skills.
• Good manpower planning and training skills.
• Good sense of Marketing strategies, cost control & budgeting.
• Devoted to the well-being of your guests and colleagues.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Working permit in Hong Kong
