About the Role
Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processesDuties / Accountabilities
- Provide sales and agency administration support for all distribution channels within the Division;
- Handle the license and registration affairs of insurance intermediaries in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
- Support for CPD Compliance reporting for insurance agents and coordinate compliance training for insurance intermediaries where vital;
- Handle enquiries/correspondences from regulators or insurance intermediaries;
- Perform daily administration in accordance with internal policies & procedures, regulatory requirements or Group standards;
- Provide administrative support on sales campaigns within the Division;
- Support Team Manager in preparing various management reports;
- Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Competencies
- A teammate with good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn;
- Well organized and diligent to details;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education/Work Experience
- University degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably gained from insurance industry;
- Holder of IIQAS qualification or other related professional/insurance qualification an advantage.
