Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in a complicated infrastructure environment consists of different technology domains which includes, but not limited to, server virtualization, server OS, database, Storage Area Network, system monitoring, virtual desktop platform, server anti-virus, as well as backup and data protection
• Perform server OS and system installation and configuration, system patching, test and commissioning, as well as disaster recovery drill
• Prepare and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures (SOP) in related to supporting the infrastructure, servers, systems, applications, projects, inventory, regulatory requirements and compliance
• Perform troubleshooting and problem diagnosis, problem resolution, root cause analysis and identification, maintain and assure quality change control
• Perform system operation and administration, system and application performance and capacity monitoring, analysis and tuning
• Safeguard and maintain secure and hardened in servers and systems
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal users and external vendors in support of company initiatives
• Evaluate new technologies and products, prepare and conduct presentation as when require

Requirements:

• High Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years' relevant support and implementation experience in lRedHat LINUX
• Experience in VMware, Windows, and SolarWinds are highly desirable
• Professional qualification on ITIL and PMP will be an advantage
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)

** Candidate with less experience  and/or lower qualification and Fresh graduate will also be considered as Associate IT Specialist. Pls put related project experience or internship experience or trainings in the CV.
