Job Description
Qualifications & experience
- DSE or above with minimum 4 years relevant working experience in accounting, experience in accounting software would be an added advantage.
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and complete tasks before deadline.
- Easy going with positive mind-set as well as good judgment and analytical skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Major in accounting role, able to handle daily accounting activities, AR, AP, GL, such as invoice processing, expense claims, payment processing and reconciliations.
- Prepare month-end closing procedures, management accounts, consolidations, and simple financial reports independently.
- Liaise with auditors and external parties for annual audit, local statutory compliance, such as CR and tax filing.
- Provide a few administration support to the team.
- Tackle ad hoc assignments to contribute to overall business success.
