Job Description

We are currently looking for a goal-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic team. As a TA Partner at Nestlé HK, you will be a Brand Ambassador for the company, and play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for the company's various Business Units. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders, leverage your recruitment expertise, and contribute to the continuous improvement of selection processes.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be a key contact point to partner with hiring managers from different business units to formulate and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment from discussing with hiring managers to understand job requirements, job advertisement creation, developing commercially focused selection process, talent sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, package proposal preparation, offer extension / negotiation, pre-onboarding formalities
  • Act as brand ambassador for the company and deliver professional candidate experience through all recruitment cycle touchpoints, including both experienced hires and early careers
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers / HRBP / Total Rewards / HR Shared Service etc throughout the entire recruitment process, to attract and secure top talent candidates
  • Understand internal business needs, strategies and directions. Stay current with industry trends, market conditions and best practices to enhance recruitment deliveries
  • Build talent pipeline and manage talent pool. Connect with top talents in market proactively to lead strategic recruitment
  • Explore, suggest and implement both external and internal recruitment promotion activities, e.g. referral programs, career fairs, campus recruitment etc
  • Maintain and analyze recruitment data, track recruitment activities and metrics, provide insights and identify areas for improvement, make data-driven decisions
  • Update and maintain recruitment system and all related documents for compliance and internal audit purposes
  • Assist on recruitment related administrative tasks and support continuous improvement of workflow and practices
  • Other ad-hoc duties / projects to be assigned

 

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor Degree in HR / Psychology or other related disciplines
  • 6 years HR professional, with at least 3 years strong focus on Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast paced MNC working environment
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process, strong understanding of local job market and talent trend
  • Experience in running competency-based and commercially-focused selection strategies and processes
  • Fast learner who is able to work in a matrix organizational structure and multi-disciplinary businesses
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills, able to build good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, across all levels
  • Self-starter, agile, attention to details, good organizational skill to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Logical person who can drive insights / land on solutions by data
  • Familiar with employment laws and regulations in Hong Kong
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese (native Cantonese speaker will be a definite advantage) 
  • Good PC skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other softwares / systems e.g. SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience counts, but potential also matters. Passionate candidate with less experience will be considered for Talent Acquisition Executive role with opportunities for career development

 

Work Location: Yuen Long (Kowloon Bay on some occasions)
