Job Duties

• Identify and nurture qualified leads, turning them into product interests and quotes.
• Utilize existing databases to create additional opportunities and enhance outreach.
• Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers, such as General Managers, F&B Managers, Executive Chefs, and designers, to fully understand client needs and expectations.
• Work with the Sales Support Team to craft and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating high-value opportunities and driving business growth.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effectively engaging both internal and client-based stakeholders.
• Confidence in cold calling and converting cold and warm leads into opportunities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data utilisation to drive results.
• High emotional intelligence for navigating complex relationships and winning over stakeholders.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry and qualifications in a related discipline are preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
