• We are looking for  Shipping & Operation Specialist - with details as follows :
   

The Job :

• Report to Operation Manager 
• Work in Operation team of 3 members
• Handle full set of import/export documents, trade declaration, and bank documentation (L/C, D/P)
• Prepare purchases and sales contracts
• Liaise with both internal and external parties to follow up orders, logistics, and payments
• Prepare regular shipment reports to clarify shipment status, outstanding payments, etc.
• Data entry and issue documents using ERP system
• Tertiary educated
• 3+ years shipping experience in trading or manufacturing companies
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit (L/C) processing is a must
• Good communication skill in English, Chinese & Mandarin 
• MS Office and Chinese word processing, especially with Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 12 days; add one day every year up to max 18 days
• Medical insurance
