崗位描述Responsibilities:

• 設計一套清晰，易於跟進且配合公司產品的服務標準；
• Design a set of service standards that are clear, easy to follow and align with the company's products;
• 教導銷售團隊快速掌握正確的銷售技巧以達成銷售目標，提高銷售業績；
• Teach the sales team to quickly master the right sales skills to achieve sales goals and improve sales performance;
• 為公司提供領團技巧 / 顧客服務技巧 / 顧客心理分析 / 突發危機處理及應變技巧培訓；
• Provide a series of training including teamwork skills/customer service skills/customer psychology analysis/emergency crisis handling and coping skills, etc.；.
• 執行指定的臨時任務/職責。
• Perform ad hoc assignments/duties as assigned.

任職資格Requirements: 

• 具備專業銷售培訓及豐富的管理經驗；    
• Must have well trained work experience in sales training and rich management experience;
• 有金融、基金、證券、高端消費品或保健品等專業培訓銷講經驗。
• Have professional training and marketing experience in finance, funds, securities, high-end consumer goods or healthcare products.

公司位於中環長江中心2期， 現正尋找一位擁有專業銷售培訓及豐富管理經驗的導師為公司團隊制定服務標準並教授一系銷售技巧。理想的候選人必須有金融、基金、證券、高端消費品或保健品等專業培訓銷講經驗。並且可配合公司產品、客戶及市場定位提供全面而且可行的銷售技巧方案。為公司培訓對產品有正面，積極及專業的銷售團隊。

Our company is located in the Cheung Kong Center II in Central and now is looking for a mentor who has experience to set service standards and teach a series of sales skills to the sales team. Applicants must have professional sales training experience and be familiar with the finance, funds, securities, high-end consumer goods or healthcare products.  Enable to provide comprehensive and feasible sales technique solutions in line with the company's products, customers and market positioning. Train our sales team to be proactive and professional in selling our products.
