Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Create and implement strategies to engage customers effectively, ensuring they receive value from the company’s products or services. Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences and use this information to improve services.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align customer engagement initiatives with overall business goals. Utilize customer data and analytics to track engagement metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement. Develop and manage communication plans to keep customers informed about new products, services, or updates. Address customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience.
Provide training and support to customers on product usage, ensuring they can maximize the benefits. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of engagement initiatives. Foster a sense of community among customers through events, forums, or social media engagement.
Requirements
- Scientific background is preferable but not a must.
- 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with a preference for O&G experience.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships, handling projects and engagement strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement customer engagement strategies.
- Project management skills to oversee campaigns and initiatives
