Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in managing and nurturing relationships with business clients.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business clients and opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients.
• Handle administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, processing orders, and tracking sales metrics.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolve issue 

Qualification:

• Higher diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Working location: 5 minutes walking distance from Wong Chuk Hang Station
