• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives.
• Design and implement optimal data extraction processes from various sources.
• Develop and maintain data extraction pipelines and workflows.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the extraction process.
• Identify and resolve data extraction issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to support data analysis and reporting needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies related to data extraction.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and data extraction tools (e.g., SQL Server Integration Services, Talend).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
• Certification in PMP is a bonus.
