Job Description

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage inquiries related to Airlines, Hotels and Ground Transportations from travel agents and customers
  • Professionally and courteously respond to telephone and email inquiries
  • Cultivate, establish, and sustain positive relationships with both potential and existing customers
  • Work collaboratively with sales teams to provide effective customer service
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements: 

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Possession of HKCEE/HKDSE qualification or higher
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in travel agencies or Airlines related work is preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel; Powerpoint and other common office software
  • Service-oriented, self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Less experienced candidates will also be taken into consideration
