You will be required to supervise an on-site team, manage daily property operations and maintain good tenant/owner relationship for commercial building in Central. 
 

Job Description:

• Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Oversee and monitor the full spectrum of property management functions, including security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities, and facilities management, etc. of assigned properties
• Lead a team to oversee the management of assigned properties to ensure high service standards and quality
• Coordinate and oversee property renovation and construction projects
• Handle the emergencies of the property and perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines
• Qualified for PMP (Tier 1) License 
• Preferably attained relevant professional qualifications e.g., MHKIH, HKIFM, MCIH, RICS, etc. 
• Possess at least 10 years of relevant working experience in managing sizeable commercial building
• Proficient in Building Management Ordinance (BMO) and related ordinances
• Independent, well-organized, and detail-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service mindset with good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing high-end residential properties is a definite advantage
