Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition, drive omni-channel traffic, customer engagement and achieve business goals in Hong Kong and mainland China.
  • Execute content marketing and go-to-market campaigns for multiple brands, aligned with product and event calendars, to reach target audiences and drive sales conversion.
  • Optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including brand websites, eShop, social media, search engines, display advertising and so on
  • Oversee and manage brand websites, eShop, and website development roadmap, ensuring consistent and engaging content to enrich the customer journey.
  • Develop CRM automation tools and formulate strategies for customer segmentation, acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and agency partners to execute holistic marketing activations with schedule management and develop wide range of digital materials to meet marketing KPIs.
  • Utilize analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the brand presence and sales performance for ongoing optimization opportunities and solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce, preferably in the retail or luxury industry.
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing and/or content marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design, website & e-commerce development, and international and Chinese digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Forums, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, SEM & SEO).
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva is a plus.
  • Experience in photo and video shooting is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Candidate will less experience will be considered as Officer, Digital Marketing.
