Requirements:

• Handle full set Export documents
• Working experience in Merchandising and Shipping
• DSE / Form 5 or above with Pass in English & Mathematics
• Experience in ERP system is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and follow through on required tasks 
• Detail Oriented
• Good team player and good interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

Responsibilities:

• Issue orders and handle customer’s enquiries
• Prepare booking and issue export documents 
• Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders on delivery
