Job Description
HR and Administration Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle HR functions, assist payroll calculation, MPF and Annual Tax Return Declaration etc
- Provide daily support to Sales and Operation Team, duties includes data entry, scanning and filing, insurances and handling sales related document
- Handle incoming calls, and organize various administrative tasks including office equipment maintenace, office supplies sourcing, fixture & furniture arrangement and office facilities management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in fast-paced retail apparel
- Strong analytical skills
- Handle other ad-hoc duties are assigned
Qualifications:
- High Diploma / Degree Holder in related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration fields
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant legislations in Hong Kong / Macau
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, independently work, self-motivated
- Well organized, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
