  • You have minimum 3 years’ experience of working in a supervisory level and/or the Human Resources field

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • You have the ability to communicate confidently and clearly in spoken and written English and Chinese

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Act as a People & Culture Business Partner to the unit manager on all people topics
  • Lead and develop leaders and teams in the areas of responsibility of the People & Culture function, identify and develop talents and secure succession planning
  • Lead staff planning to ensure the right people at the right time in the right place in order to sustain the market central fulfilment operations
  • Together with the management team, contribute to delivering a local staff cost budget which secures a diverse, appropriate staff structure and meets the defined business and productivity goals in the store
  • Assist Central Fulfilment Manager to develop and implement people strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategy
  • Work with Learning & Development team to schedule co-workers to attend internal and external learning events to meet requirements and the wider learning and development strategy
  • Secure that the values-based recruitment, selection, and onboarding process are implemented
  • Support the management team in taking the lead with a special focus on talents and high-performing potential, contributing to country and regional initiatives
  • Implement co-worker relations plan that effectively manages all local interactions with co-workers and ensures that all areas in the store work with labour relations principles and uphold policies, procedures, and laws
  • Implement Health and well-being initiatives at Central Fulfillment Unit (CFU
  • Be a good example of IKEA leadership in ways that express the IKEA values within and outside IKEA, and together with the unit managers, help to safeguard and promote the IKEA Culture
