Responsibilities:

• Oversee factory capacity planning and scheduling
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance factory's efficiency, quality, and sustainability
• Ensure factory compliance with all relevant quality, safety, and environmental regulations
• Participate in automation and innovation discussion and implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, garment experience is a MUST
• Strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry and processes in garment industry
• Ability to multitask, is self-motivated, has excellent problem-solving skills, and has a strong sense of critical thinking and analytical reasoning.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
