We are currently seeking a resourceful and experienced Senior Officer - Group Rewards to join our team.
Job Role Summary:
Rewards Advisory Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and subject matter expertise on rewards matters to People and Culture (P&C) teams across all markets, including overseeing the annual salary review process and advising on compensation & benefits (C&B) matters.
Job Evaluation and Benchmarking
- Manage job evaluation and salary benchmarking exercises
- Conduct detailed impact analyses on rewards-related changes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Rewards Policy and Analytics
- Assist in reviewing and revamping rewards policies and practices to optimize employee engagement and retention
- Formulate compensation and benefits analyses and HR analytics to drive decision-making
- Participate in total rewards surveys within the APAC region to stay abreast of industry trends
Compensation Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor market trends in compensation and benefits best practices
- Conduct benchmarking analyses and provide recommendations
- Prepare insightful compensation metrics and trend reports for senior management
Incentive Program Participation
- Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of incentive programs to drive employee performance and engagement
- Engage in P&C projects as assigned
Benefits Renewal
- Oversee the annual review and renewal of employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals
- Manage benefits offerings to remain competitive and aligned with employees and business needs
Staff Cost Budgeting
- Prepare and manage the annual staff cost budget
- Analyse the impact of rewards-related changes on the overall staff cost to optimize resource allocation and organizational effectiveness.
Skills and Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (e.g., Business, HR, Analytics)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Rewards, Compensation, or HR analytics roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable for delivering high-quality work
- Proficiency in utilizing data analysis tools, MS Office, and HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as IPL, Peoplesoft, ServiceNow, and Workday
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese languages
