Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing 6-8 medical centres' sales & operations and staffing in Hong Kong. Reporting to senior management.
- Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives, prepare different analysis and insights for management.
- Managing P&L and control, operation cost and labour cost to meet budget.
- Work closely with functional teams like IT, HR, Marketing, Medical Admin on staffing need, marketing promotion and operation management.
- Provide effective team leadership and motivate people to meet sales and operation KPI.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- With 5+ years of experience in sales management in beauty, wellness, medical & healthcare, or retail industry.
- Capable to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and market conditions, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to stay ahead of the competition.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
