Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for the company, encompassing goal setting, strategy formulation, action plans, and strategy execution to drive business success and sustainable growth.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to develop strategic initiatives and corresponding action plans.
• Support the senior management team in overcoming business challenges, recognizing growth prospects, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Evaluate company challenges and proactively provide targeted solutions to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to effectively execute strategies, monitor progress, and adjust tactics as necessary to meet organizational objectives.

Who are they looking for? 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in strategic management or a related field
• Essential experience in the food and beverage industry
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal competencies
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent business acumen and strategic planning capabilities
• Immediate availability is preferred
