Working Location: Central
Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (2 weeks five days work per month; 2 weeks six days work per month)
What this job involves
- Operate and provide technical assistance for audio and visual equipment, guiding clients on the appropriate visual aids to use.
- Conduct venue checks and coordinate repair and maintenance arrangements as needed
- Prepare event equipment, including furniture and audio equipment, ensuring they meet event specifications
- Monitor events, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide prompt repair and assistance
- Collaborate with clients to assess technical needs and requirements for events
- Monitor event setup, crowd control, and safety measures to ensure smooth operations
- Minimize the risk of incidents during event setup and dismantle procedures
- Assist in event logistics coordination, including equipment setup and inventory management
- Prepare event reports and documentation, submitting them as necessary

Desired experience and technical skills
Required
- Previous experience in event operations or audio-visual support is preferred
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of audio and visual equipment, including troubleshooting and repair
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of event planning and risk management is desirable
