Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for various Human Resources functions, including but not limited to arranging interviews, MPF enrollment, and providing logistical support for training programs.
- Provide logistics arrangements for staff events and activities.
- Assist in HR process automation projects, which include coordinating with service vendors and internal stakeholders and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support any ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Business Management/Information Technology or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, with exposure to project management being an advantage.
- Proficiency in software applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
- Good command of English and Chinese languages.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized, with excellent common sense and logical thinking.
- A team player, fast learner, with great sense of urgency and high accuracy.
Remuneration Package
A competitive remuneration package commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications on a one year contract will be offered.
