Job Duties:

• Participate in team strategy sessions to brainstorm innovative ideas and approaches to optimize digital marketing efforts and achieve better results
• Plan and execute online campaigns on marketing platforms such as Google, Facebook and Instagram ads, and optimize performance across all stages of the conversion funnel
• Manage, analyse, and optimize all rounded marketing programs
• Develop marketing strategies to generate inbound and nurture potential customers
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals ROI and KPIs
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor’s performance and activities and develop counteracting strategies and programs
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business/ Marketing/ Statistics/ Media/ Public Relations/ Communications/ advertising or other related disciplines
• At least 2 years' experience in digital media agency or relevant roles 
• Familiarity with UX/UI design, website development and Hong Kong digital platforms (e.g. SEM, SEO, Display Advertising, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Forums, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Marketing automation, A/B testing, Landing page optimization, etc.)
• Attentive to details, good analytical skills, number sensitive and ROI driven
• Self-motivated, Creative, Responsible and Ability to work under pressure
• Strong time management with commitment to excellence
• Strong copywriting in Chinese and visual creation skills
• Proficient in social media management and content creation
• Immediate available is highly preferred
