Responsibilities:

• Execute services and tasks with respect to facilities management.
• Maintain a smooth day-to-day operation and achieve the Key Performance Index (KPI) with respect to facilities management.
• Assist superiors to formulate and compile ISO 9001 documents, standard forms, guidelines, annual plan, budget, regular and ad hoc reports, etc.
• Supervise subordinates, service providers and contractors to execute daily operations and perform quality services, including property management, security, cleaning, housekeeping, pest control, landscaping services, etc.
• Review and implement sustainability and environmental initiatives, preventive and corrective measures, and improvement work projects, etc.
• Liaise and work closely with internal / external parties and build up good relationship with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Certificate or above in Property Management, Estate Management, Housing Management or related discipline;
• 1-2 years' working experience in facilities management and leasing services;
• Holder of PMP (Tier 2) License is preferable;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese;
• Detailed minded, well-organized and able to meet tight timeline;
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as junior position
