Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to boost brand awareness.
2. Marketing & Community Activities: Plan and execute both online and offline marketing and community activities.
3. Community Management: Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and organize interactive activities to maintain an active and engaged community.
4. Platform Operations: Oversee daily operations, including ad planning, monitoring, and reporting across social media platforms.
5. Trend Monitoring: Keep up with trends and platform updates, proposing innovative ideas to keep the brand competitive.
6. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and report on the ROI of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or branding
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging with a community of mothers
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• A proactive and energetic approach to community management
• Familiar with the baby market or has experience as a parent is a plus
