Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver efficient and quality customer service by handling
customer’s complaint via different channels
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the team including but not limited to conducting voice calls, text chat messaging
- Monitor and review the performance of the team and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor the capacity to achieve operational efficiency and motivates the team to achieve the service target; seek ways to mitigate the customer stress points
- Provide guidance, coaching, on-job training and continuous development opportunities to team members
Requirement:
- HKCEE/HKDSE/Degree holder with relevant experience in Insurance/ Banking & Finance/ Hotline service management
- Insurance qualification (IIQE)
- Good command in Chinese, English & Mandarin
