Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for key accounts customer inquiries and sales support to ensure high service quality.
2. Create and implement strategic account service plans and operational guidelines to consistently improve service quality and operational efficiency.
3. Collaborate with domestics and regional offices to drive business initiatives, tender management and ad-hoc pricing offer.
4. Understand customer needs and offer proactive solutions from their perspective
5. Drive and suggest on-going improvement initiatives to ensure proper key account solutions

Requirements:
1. Degree holder or above in logistics, supply chain management, business management or relevant disciplines.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences, preferably in multinational freight forwarders / logistics company.
3. Good at building up and maintaining strong partnership with customers.
4. Outstanding communication skills with internal and external parties.
5. Good command of English and Chinese
