Roles and Responsibilities 

• To prepare full set of airfreight import & export shipping documents 
• General clerical duties such as system data entry and filing 
• Communicate with carriers, customers and suppliers to ensure a smooth process 
• Co-ordinate with warehouse for shipping arrangement and follow up
• To provide customer service 
• Assist in other ad hoc duties assigned by department head

Requirements: 

• F.5 level or above 
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word and Excel 
• Mature, self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure 
• Good command in spoken English and Mandarin will be an advantage 
• Immediately available is preferred
