About the Role 

Our client is seeking a candidate to configure and optimise their contact database to ultimately establish a centralised, secure, and high-quality database that aligns seamlessly with our business requirements. This enhanced database will bolster marketing, subscriptions/customer service, and sales efforts.

Your role will encompass the following: 

Database Audit

• Evaluate the current structure and organisation of the data stored within various contact database systems
• Assess data quality and cleanliness to address data redundancy, data integrity, to overall enhance database performance
• Review existing data security measures, access controls, and backup/recovery processes to ensure the confidentiality and recoverability of existing data

Database Restructuring / Migration

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Digital Operation teams to understand business requirements 
• Configure and maintain custom fields, pipelines, workflows, and automation 
• Merge and organise duplicate contacts and companies
• Manage and maintain integrations with third-party software, including custom API development to ensure consistent data across various systems
• Establish data governance policies and best practices for ongoing data management and quality assurance

Support and Optimisation

• Offer post-implementation support and continuous optimisation to ensure the database remains fit-for-purpose as the business evolves

Requirements 

• Proven experience in managing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, Mailchimp and Wordpress
• Strong understanding of data management best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams through excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in developing custom APIs and integrating third-party software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
