Role Purpose:

Our Supply Coordinator is responsible for supply chain operations including order management and coordinating shipment with suppliers and forwarders.

What you will be handling: 

• Monitor and manage orders, shipment status and delivery schedule with overseas suppliers & customers to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate and prepare shipping documents, customs declaration and freight cost with suppliers for order delivery
• Maintain and update and accurate information in Purchasing Order System and reconcile data across different systems
• Develop and implement yearly shipment plan for suppliers based on customer sales forecasts
• Prepare and analyze reports on suppliers’ shipment performance and reliability, identifying areas for improvement
• Support Supply Specialist & Sourcing Specialist on ad hoc projects

Experience, knowledge and skills required:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent discipline 
• 3 years’ relevant merchandising or sales coordination experience in Food sector / FMCG, preferable in multi-national trading companies / retailer 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
