Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this exciting role sits within the Sales Team at SEEK Asia (JobsDB).  The primary focus of the role is to be responsible for manage assigned key clients and cultivate strong working relationships with the assigned key customers to drive customer satisfaction and profit growth. This position plays an integral part in the success of our team’s long-term vision, and represents a brand-new opportunity. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to adapt to a changing environment, and be a change champion, with the role evolving over time, as we progress through our technological & operational transformation.

  • You are responsible for managing clients within specific industries to build expertise and be trusted advisors.
  • You are able to sell and promote our services and solutions to the corporate clients.
  • You will provide solutions through face to face visits, accounts review and reporting, product forums and other account management activities.
  • You are responsible for achieving monthly sales target by formulating sales planning and strategies.
  • You are able to Manage annual contract negotiations and resolving challenges in a skilful way
  • You will keep trustful relationship with clients through proactive follow-up actions and supports.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in account management
  • Experience in selling technology solutions would be highly preferred
  • Customer-oriented with proactive and good serving attitude
  • Presentable and strong in communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • You are an extraordinary team player. You are responsible and supportive. You say “we” more than “I”. While engaging in discussions, you actively listen and bring valuable thoughts or opinions to the table when the “Eureka” moment strikes!
  • To you, the thought of bringing productivity to the next level sparks joy. You are someone who constantly puts on different thinking hats to find ways in improving existing processes, automating mundane tasks and shaping practices for the better.
  • You are a true believer of quality and always looking for opportunities to sharpen your financial planning and analysis skills.  With your high commercial acumen, you hope to deliver great value of business partnering support to both internal and external stakeholders.
