Responsibilities:

• Handle member's inquiries through phone call
• Ensure that Members’ needs are being handled and followed up

Requirements:

• Experience in Call Centre /Handling Hotline Inquiries (in catering industries would be an advantage)
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates will be also considered
