Description

1. Lead a team and handle the daily accounting operation for the Group
2. Manage the overall financial and management reporting functions
3. Review the preparation of timely and quality management reports, financial reports, budgets, forecasts and cash flows
4. Prepare consolidation of financial and management reports in accordance with HK GAAP, IFRS, and corporate standards
5. Support planning and execution of treasury operation and offshore cash management
6. Monitor the Group's Capital/ debt structure, loan interest and repayment schedule, and FX and interest rate exposure
7. Direct and drive assessment, prepare financial planning and analysis in relation to various strategic initiatives and investment projects
8. Liaise and maintain good relationship with external business partners, auditors, bankers, legal and tax advisors

Profile

1. Degree holder in Accounting & Finance or above with ACCA or HKICPA qualification
2. Corporate accounting and/or treasury experience essential
3. Proven track records in leadership roles, good team player, problem solver & self-starter
4. Excellent inter-personal and communication skills with internal and external parties
5. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
